By booking with Mood Makers, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully before confirming your vibe.

1. When to Book

To ensure we can craft your custom experience, all bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Need it sooner?
Rush requests may be accepted based on availability and will include a Rush Fee.

2. Payments, Deposits & Refunds
   •    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
   •    The remaining 50% is due 2 days before your scheduled setup.
(Example: If your event is on 08/31, your final payment is due by 08/29.)
   •    Once your booking is confirmed, design details cannot be changed. This ensures we can prep your setup properly and avoid delays.
   •    All sales are final. Each setup is personalized and materials are purchased in advance. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling Policy
   •    You may reschedule at no extra cost if notice is given 7 days or more before your event.
   •    Rescheduling within 7 days of your event requires 50% of the remaining balance to move your booking.
   •    New dates are subject to availability. Your original deposit will be applied to your rescheduled date.

4. Setup Access
   •    Clients must ensure timely access to hotel rooms or setup locations.
   •    Delays in access may affect the final result. Mood Makers is not liable for incomplete setups due to access issues.

5. Damages & Cleanup
   •    Clients are responsible for any damage to hotel or rental property caused by decor after installation.
   •    Next-day cleanup service is available as an optional add-on.

6. Media Use
   •    We may photograph your setup for promotional use on social media and our website.
   •    If you’d prefer to opt out, please let us know in writing before your event.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Mood Makers is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents caused by decor items once setup is complete.
